  • What happens if I change my mind and not sell the property?
    This offer comes with no obligations attached. You are under no pressure to accept it if it does not meet your preferences.
  • Will there be any charges to sell the property on your platform?
    You are solely responsible for covering the conveyancing fee; there are no additional charges associated with the sale of your property.
